We just wanted to drop a line to single out Ken and express our appreciation for the "total experience" of purchasing this pre-owned beauty.
We have either leased or owned over 16 cars in the last 30 years. These cars include Mercedes, BMW, Infinity ,Lexus and Corvettes. Overall the experiences owning these cars and servicing was at best-some what aggravating, but really never pleasurable or for that matter positive.
Ken has been outstanding. From the negotiation period to through the paperwork process to the delivery and subsequent after visits he has been professional, knowledgeable and agreeable. This was the first pre-owned/used car we ever purchased and were somewhat apprehensive in going that route. This quickly changed to one of our best decisions and this was due to Ken's attentiveness to our needs.
We had written a note earlier to Audi North America but we do not know if it ever arrived since we did not get an email confirmation or response. We would like you to forward this note to Corporate so that not only Ken but your dealership gets recognition as well. We also appreciate our Salesman Bart and your service staff as well. The car is also super.
